Like anyone not medically trained having an ill child is a frightening experience as you rely totally on gut instinct and parental experience. When the medical staff treating your child dither or seem increasingly unsure it is easy to lose faith not only in the medical profession but in your own gut instinct! The reason I repeatedly turn to Dr Warren Hyer is due to a culmination of things, firstly: 'Trust', he listens and makes me feel as if he is taking our concerns seriously; 'History' his innate knowledge that comes from knowing my brood who have seen him since birth; perhaps most importantly 'Accessibility', it saves so much time and angst being able to fire a concern across and know you will receive either reassurance or an action plan swiftly. Finally he is 'thorough' in a very calm way and this installs confidence. I certainly wish other doctors would follow his attributes!

Very friendly and personable. We have had a bad experience with our previous paediatric doctor for our 18 month old daughter who has been poorly for a year now and Dr Hyer has restored our faith in doctors! He responds to emails and calls very promptly considering how busy he must be! Thanks again Dr Hyer we look forward to seeing you again soon

Dr Hyer provided an excellent level of care. He listened to out concerns fully, and was able to use his experience to provide us with a level of reassurance we were unable to get from any other doctors. Both Dr Hyer and his PA are responsive to email and phone calls and deal with concerns and queries quickly. I would highly recommend

My 4 year has been suffering with sporadic sickness episodes for the last 2 years. After seeing what feels like every doctor out there and numerous visits to walk in clinics and A&E (through desperation!!) only to be constantly told "we don't know what it could be" I finally made an appointment with Dr Hyer following a recommendation - after 30 minutes it felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders!! Whilst there's still a way to go with my son Dr Hyer was the only doctor to explain to me what the issue could actually be. Even when I emailed his PA with questions about the appointment and follow up he personally responded - I couldn't recommend him enough!!!
